Welcome to my family mediation, covering Cumbria and South Scotland. Our caring and empathetic approach offers face-to-face discussions and online mediation for those who may not be able to attend in person. Our goal is to facilitate open communication and help you reach mutual resolutions in a supportive and safe environment. We can guide you through the mediation process, ensuring that every voice is heard and valued. Mediation is less stressful than going to court, as it encourages cooperation and communication rather than conflict and is usually faster and less expensive. Together, we can work towards a harmonious outcome for your family.

As an accredited Mediator with a diploma in childcare and years of experience working with families, my goal is to help you achieve a plan that meets everyone's needs. DK mediation can help couples agree on finances, arrangements for your children, e.g. where they live, how often they see each parent and other related issues. Together, we can navigate this process in a way that is both effective and respectful, trying to ensure a positive outcome for all parties involved. Using DK mediation can save you significant costs, especially as court fees continue to rise and become increasingly expensive. MIAM (Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting) is the first step in mediation, this meeting is completed separately to talk to the mediator about your situation and the issues that need to be decided.
